Links to external sites
We provide links to other websites that we think might be of relevance to you. We try to link only to reputable sites from reputable companies. Cookies
We don't like them, except at break-times with a cup of coffee, or sometimes even with a nice cup of tea. Whilst we realise that most companies use online cookies in a totally ethical and benign way, we still don't really like them. All non-essential cookies on this website have been disabled. If you think we can improve the way our site works for you, we'd rather you told us in your own way.
Our hosting provider monitors visits to our site but all we look at are the visitor numbers and where they look on our site, not at any individual visitor details. It is kind of nice, after all, to have an idea of how many people drop in and know that the work we do in maintaining this site is doing something useful for us and for our visitors too.
